Saltgrass Steak House

Saltgrass usually delivers good food at a reasonable price and this one did. My wife and I both got a good meal and the meat was done correctly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The ambience and service is top notch! The staff is well trained on what gluten free entails! The gluten sensitive menu is not some forgotten piece of faded, crumpled paper that the staff has to scramble to find..it is classy and is as nice as the regular one! Which is welcoming to a gluten sensitive person. I wish it had prices on it! Our waiter automatically served gluten free table bread! An awesome thing because rarely done! Bread was excellent! The tea was awesome! Why the 4 star? The chicken strips were flavorful but dry. My husband (not gluten sensitive) got chicken fried steak. Definitely not traditional..meat well flavored but too much breading that fell off meat. The gravy and breading had unusual seasoning. The garlic mashed potatoes were great! Staff is wonderfully welcoming and definitely gluten free versed!

The staff was very friendly and the food was awesome! Definitely will be back to this location. Best one I've been to.

Overall great experience.. Steaks were all cooked perfectly to order and quite flavorful. Wedge salad was yummy and pecan bread pudding for dessert was excellent.

This spot provides wonderful service as well as enjoyable menu. One of the best place around here. The meals served quickly and the prices are inexpensive. I recommend this place.

My favorite place for a steak! You can't go wrong with the Pat's Ribeye with mushrooms!!!! Great service for a busy night!!

My FIRST TIME eating at SALTGRASS STEAK HOUSE... food good, bread and butter on point, chicken fried chicken was the bomb and Kelsey our waitress worked it !!! I'll be returning 😊. Oh I left my raspberry tea to go by accident can I get a FREE DRINK 😁

Three of us went to dinner and we will be coming back! Smothered filet, top sirloin and a full rack of ribs were all tasty. Full rack of ribs was a very large serving and fall off the bone. Dinner comes with a side and salad. Fast service for an early dinner on Saturday.

This place has amazing food!! The way they make their steak and shrimp is outstanding! Perfect place to take a date. Although it may be a bit pricey, but it is worth it for a special night/lunch date. Highly recommend it

We had Kirby and Daniel tonight! They did great, I love that Daniel was involved rather than just following her lead. Very accommodating staff, my father in law had an issue with his steak temperature but they handled it very professionally. Overall great experience and even better food.

This place was absolutely delicious I had the prime rib and my husband had the pork chop both were excellent. The fried mushrooms were the best.

Great Service. Attentive. Manager came by our table twice during our late lunch. Relaxing atmosphere. Delicious prime rib.

The food is always good and so is the service. Kathy and kendall are great servers! Totally recommend asking for one of them on your next visit.

Food was great - I got a prime rib for lunch. Pretty standard chain I guess - the sweet potatoes fries were the BEST.

Very nice juicy steaks. We had fun at Saltgrass Steak House. Waitress was nice and polite. They offered us extra bread, which we just couldn't refuse. Interior is great. Beer selection could be better but can't complain. overall we had great experience.

Oh man, that was the best steak I've had in the past year, that i didn't personally grill. Will visit again

Absolutely packed at 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon was a good indication Saltgrass does a good job of caring for their customers. We were not disappointed. We were seated quickly, and the staff was attentive. Our food and drinks were excellent. Would highly recommend this location.

Very good food and the waiter was on point. Was not crowded maybe because it was Wednesday. But the atmosphere was great!!!

Even though it was busy, we were seated quickly. The host was polite and offered us a choice of tables. We were warned the kitchen was backed up but they kept bringing out bread and out salads and appetizer came out quickly so we didn’t mind.Their mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. The cheese was pretty watery. The steak fries were nothing but crisp edges of potato. The service was good but the food sadly did not match. Lots of other places to get steak in the area.

It was delicious. A little pricey maybe but I guess it's been awhile since I've been to a steak house. All in a really tasty lunch!

It was good food and a great environment. Sadly I was just not empresses for whet it cost. But it is still good and I would go back.

I ordered the small Ribeye and I think I was given the large! It was a very good steak. My wife ordered hers with grilled shrimp and they came fried. We told him the order was wrong and he did bring her grilled shrimp... when we were leaving... and they were cold. The waiter was very slow the entire time.

Very elegant and accessible restaurant. They provide large portions and for fair rates. I liked the meals very much and the staff members were super affable and explanatory. Recommended.

Despite the need to be seated 6ft apart to comply with social distancing, it was sooooo nice to be able to sit down and enjoy the ambience of familiarity. Service was great. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be back at work too.

I ordered the steak and coconut shrimp. My steak was cook just right. Shrimp was delicious as well. Great customer service.

Took a couple of times on hold and 10 minutes later to place my order but the customer service at the bar getting my order was great. And the food was good as well. Just frustrating when you wait on hold for 6 minutes have to hang up call back no one answers get a fax sound call back again wait on hold a few minutes just to place a order. That was the only bad experience here.

Jackie. T works the bar and is amazing. Notonly that but gorgeous too. Her service is remarkable. Her drinks are on point. Her number one priority is satisfying her customers. Go see her at the bar. Enjoy!

Every time I go it's some bull.Today they ran out of tea!Took like 30 mins to get drinks at our table. Waiter blaming the earlier crew. Steaks were good.Last time I went I took a bite of my ribs they were cold not lukewarm cold actually cold. I told them and they took em back. I thought they would send me a new rack. Nope they sent same ones back with bite and all.I guess I expect better service because of the price of the plate. I am not use to paying $38 for a plate of food. I am more of a$15 maybe $20 kind of guy.

They definitely know how to cook a steak. I ordered mine well done. Instead of being burnt it was well done and moist to perfection.

My family and I went for "just cause" type of evening. Food was excellent. My husband and I had the Prime Rib and my son had the Porterhouse. All cooked to perfection. We started with the seafood fondeaux which came with garlic parmesan bread. So yummy. Then we got our soups and salad. My husband and son had the baked potato soup and I upgraded to the wedge salad. The timing of our courses was just right and service was very attentive. Definitely a place to come back to as often as possible!!!

This restaurant has really good service and the food comes out great. The managers and servers are all really nice and take good care of everyone. Our drinks stayed full and it was definitely kid friendly 😋

We've been here around a dozen times. I'd say 95% of the time, its top notch. Last Friday was no exception. Jawan was OUTSTANDING as our waiter, and Darren (one of the managers on duty) came by our table a couple of times to make sure that everything was good. Can't say enough good things.

Service was impeccable. Loved our server and she was great with our kids. Ordered soup and a burger and it was amazing. Wouldn't think to bring our little ones normally to a steakhouse but this was worth it. Great choice for sure and no one was upset when our 2 month old got a little fussy.
